ExxaPay – How It Works

1. Sign up and scan your face on ExxaPay.com.

2. Add payment cards to your account.

3. Scan your face at the till in stores that have ExxaPay terminals.

4. Your payment will be processed securely in seconds.

Simple registration process

No need to download an App, simply click on the Sign Up button here to create an account.

2. Add your phone number

We take security very seriously so we’ll send a verification code to the number you give us to confirm that it belongs to you.

3. Scan your face

The fun part – make a selfie of your face when prompted.
Your selfie is converted to an encrypted token and the token is assigned to your account. The encrypted token cannot be converted back to an image and we don’t store the selfie of your face in our systems. You can be rest assured that no one has access to your photograph.

4. Add your payment card

Your card details are also transformed to encrypted tokens so that they cannot be read by man or machine. ExxaPay and the Payment Institutions we work with are PCI DSS certified. All encrypted card data is transferred and stored safely and securely.
